Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit only.

Refunds and Exchanges – UPS Shipments

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email Clean Hands Kiosk within 3 days of receiving the damaged product at info@cleanhandskiosk.com. Include in the email photos of the damaged product and packaging. You must retain all of the original packaging in its entirety, as well as the damaged item, until a claim’s investigation is completed by UPS. You must make every effort to aid in the UPS Claims Investigation, which could include an appointment with a claim’s adjuster. Upon completion of the UPS Claims Investigation, the client must return the damaged product to Clean Hands Kiosk. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement unit, if available. If a replacement unit is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the damaged item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges – FREIGHT Shipments

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email Clean Hands Kiosk within 3 days of receiving the damaged product at info@cleanhandskiosk.com. A full inspection of the product and packaging, as well as the Tip N Tell and Drop N Tell indicators must be done at the time of receiving the units. The following steps must be followed:

  1. At the time of delivery, show the driver the damage to the product and/or packaging.

  2. Note all of the damage on the Delivery Slip (retain a copy of the delivery slip with the noted damage).

  3. If there is no noticeable damage, but the Tip N Tell and/or the Drop N Tell Indicators are active, note the indication of the Tip and/or Drop on the delivery slip (retain a copy of the delivery slip with the noted Tip and/or Drop).

  4. Take photos of the damage. If there is no noticeable damage, but you have noted a Tip and/or Drop of the shipment, take photos of the Indicators showing the Tip and/or Drop.

  5. Retain all of the original packaging in its entirety, as well as the damaged item, until a claim’s investigation is completed by the freight carrier. You must make every effort to aid in the claim’s investigation, which could include an appointment with a claim’s adjuster.

  6. Email info@cleanhandskiosk.com. Include a copy of the delivery slip, photos as indicated above, and receipt of proof of purchase.

Upon completion of the claim’s investigation, you must return the damaged product to Clean Hands Kiosk. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement unit, if available. If a replacement unit is unavailable, we will refund the full purchase price of the damaged item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
